Craig Murray’s trial and punishment was politically motivated. The evidence of bias and unfairness support the view that his trial was unjust. The case highlights broader concerns about the state of press freedom and judicial independence in Scotland, particularly in politically sensitive contexts.

  1. History will eventually confirm that September 18th 2014 shocked Westminster into unlimited action against whoever and whatever appeared to be key elements of the independence campaign.

As I remember events, the huge number of SNP MPs elected the following year by a furious electorate- now truly aware of unionist lies and manipulations- were subjected to horrendous scrutiny as unionist media dug deep for any information that might discredit them and thus demoralise the continuing and growing independence campaign.

Westminster was frightened of the Scottish Electorate and acted ruthlessly. I remember names like Chris Law and Michelle Donaldson; Craig Murray and other commentators had to be silenced. The biggest and most vital target was Alex Salmond. I believe the subsequent events destroyed his health and, in the end, killed him.

Westminster is still working away on the morale of the independence campaign. Other ex-colonies have similar histories as they fought to escape- but they did escape. They are writing those histories now – nailing the real criminality of a terrified power centre, its unlimited fury and ruthlessness – as it realises it is about to lose its asset-stripping entitlement across the world.

    We mustn’t give in.

    1. Secret services agent provocateur’s are active in Scotland, have been since England decided to colonise our nation through a process of political intrigue and financial bribery. A number of these agents infiltrated the SNP and occupy key positions within the Party. The campaign for voters to give their second vote to independence supporting party’s in the 2026 Scottish GE needs to be promoted at every opportunity since the SNP leadership will continue with their gradualist agenda blocking any progression to independence through a fundamental demand favoured by ALBA and other independence supporting political groups

      1. Aye CJ, I would suggest the SNP MPs currently sitting at Westminster are facilitating the colonists hold over our country.

Interestingly Chris Law the castle owner sits in their midst determined not to rock the the gravy boat lest it spill over his braw tweed suit!!!

  2. I recall Craig Murray documenting clearly some remarkable procedural novelties that occurred as the Lady Judge steered the proceedings along a course of events which led ultimately towards its seemingly inevitable conclusion that incarceration was justified.

For example in the normal course of judgement where there is a suggestion as to motivations for actions of a defendant, then those are introduced into the procedure, the accused takes the opportunity to defend themselves, refute any allegations, provide evidence and testimony and counter claims etc.

If I Recall Correctly (insert all necessary disclaimers here, I am not a lawyer, this is not an assertion of fact, memory can be fallible, it is an expression of opinion and fair comment, etc.)

in this case the appearance given to a lay observer might be that the JUDGE introduced an interpretation of how and why the defendant had acted AFTER the defendents opportunity to address issues was concluded then subsequently it might appear to an unqualified observer that this contributed a justification as to why the defendant should be punished with a custodial sentence.

Which clearly runs against natural justice.

Craig Murray extensively documented the apparent unfairnesses at the time.

Of course no-one in the ‘Scottish’ establishment was prepared to speak out to support him.

Craig himself recommended this excellent article by Alexander Mercouris

    https://consortiumnews.com/2021/07/04/letter-from-london-the-twisted-case-of-craig-murray/

One might say the whole affair is literally unprecedented.

Literally no-one has every been treated in this way before.

    As Craig Himself put it:

“in every system of law of any civilised State there is always a right of appeal against any sentence of imprisonment.” That is the maxim they quoted with approval. They used it to allow an extraordinary appeal from the Supreme Court to the Supreme Court for the solicitor, Mr Tim Crosland, who had been fined £5,000. (Having agreed to hear the appeal, they found against him).

So the Supreme Court has ruled that there must be a right to appeal against imprisonment, unless your name is Craig Murray, you are connected to Julian Assange, you are a war on terror whistleblower, a fundamental Scottish Independence supporter or otherwise regarded by the state as a dissident outside the normal realm of respectability.

Remember that the fine words above are from the same Supreme Court that refused me a right of appeal. What a bunch of stinking hypocrites.

    1. Thank you for the comments. I will read again the articles you suggested. He was fitted up illegally and has a justifiable case to sue Lady Dorrian in the World Court for wrongful imprisonment.
