Andrew Pierce of the Scottish Daily Mail penned an article on McSweeney and I am posting it unchanged from the original since it succinctly summarises the activities of the man himself and a brief peek at the early career of his wife.

Welcome to the home of Morgan McSweeney – a £750,000 sandstone mansion, set in glorious Lanarkshire countryside, it even comes with stable blocks. Now the second most powerful man in the country – the pictures wouldn’t look out of place in Country Life magazine. An ostentatious chandelier, a three-oven Aga in the flagstone-floor kitchen, while the stylish study features floor-to-ceiling custom bookcases.

At Work

Tony Blair employed the thuggish Alastair Campbell as his chief spin doctor, while Peter (now Lord) Mandelson revelled in his nickname ‘The Prince of Darkness’.

Yet McSweeney, Starmer’s new ‘head of political strategy’, stands to be more influential than either of his Downing Street predecessors. As one senior party figure puts it: ‘No unelected figure in postwar Labour history wields as much power as Morgan McSweeney.’

The redhead Irishman, who was the brains behind Starmer’s triumphant election victory, also helped to install Starmer as leader and purge the party of the far-Left. Ruthless and calculating, McSweeney now has significant control over messaging and policy.

Though he rarely credits him publicly, Starmer has McSweeney to thank more than anyone for making it to Downing Street. Yet even many Labour MPs have probably never met McSweeney, who at party conferences shuns the bars and spends most of his time in the leader’s hotel suite.

The anonymity suits the workaholic McSweeney, who was invariably at his desk at Labour’s South London HQ by 6.30am. He will not show any signs of slowing down now that Labour is in government. And from his new desk in No 10 he will be closely observing exactly who visits Starmer.

When key aides lined Downing Street to welcome the incoming Prime Minister, McSweeney was already inside. Starmer made a beeline for his adviser – who was suited and booted rather than casually dressed in his customary jeans – and made sure his was one of the first hands he shook.

McSweeney’s word is law. One top party figure tells me: ‘Every minister defers to him. He is Keir Starmer’s friend, confidant and enforcer. There is no higher praise at HQ than: “Morgan loves it.”’

YET perhaps not from all quarters. Relations between McSweeney and Sue Gray, the former ‘impartial’ civil servant whose excoriating Partygate report triggered the ultimate downfall of Labour’s nemesis Boris Johnson, are said to be prickly. Gray is now the Prime Minister’s chief of staff — another vital Downing Street role.

One source says: ‘Keir needs Morgan by his side. Morgan’s desk will be outside the No 10 study, and he will be in and out of Keir’s office more than Sue. But look out for the fireworks.’

Morgan the Irishman From Cork

So who is Morgan McSweeney — and what does he plan to do with the power he now wields?

The 47-year-old was brought up in Macroom in County Cork, and still speaks with a soft Irish lilt. His grandfather, Michael, won a medal from the IRA for his service during the 1916 war of independence from Britain.

His father, Tom, was an accountant and his mother, Carmel, worked in an office. Yet politics runs in the family: cousin Clare Mungovan was a special adviser to Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.

In the summer of 1994, when Tony Blair became Labour leader, McSweeney, then 17, left Cork for a new life in London.

Blair knew he had to modernise the Labour Party, which had lost four successive elections, and McSweeney watched with interest.

He was a restless spirit, dropping out of the London School of Economics and working for a time on building sites. After time in the U.S., he came back to London to study politics and marketing at Middlesex University in 1998.

He then joined the Labour Party in 2001 – the year of the second Blair landslide – and played a key role organising for marginal seats in 2005’s election, which delivered a third successive Labour victory.

He then hitched his colours to Steve Reed, a Labour councillor in Lambeth, South London, who was trying to wrest control of the authority from the hard-Left.

Under ‘Red Ted’ Knight, Lambeth was infamous, beset by mismanagement, corruption and a historical child-abuse scandal. McSweeney – who I’m told was ‘solid, not spectacular’ at the time – threw himself into the battle.

In Lambeth he met his future wife, Imogen Walker, who became deputy leader of the reformed council.

McSweeney moving on and up in the Labour Party

After Lambeth, McSweeney went to Barking and Dagenham in East London to help vanquish the hard-Right BNP, which had won a dozen seats on the local council.

Jon Cruddas, now Dagenham MP, tells me: ‘He has the psychology of an organiser, and he’s quite brilliant at it. These political skills have been chiselled out over years, so he’s no blow-in to anything.’

A Labour source says: ‘He saw himself as a modern-day Witchfinder General. Except it wasn’t witches in the ducking chair but extremists from the Left or Right.’

Within a few years, the BNP had lost every one of its council seats.

Closing in on Power within the Party

McSweeney then turned his eyes to the national stage, running the 2015 leadership campaign of Liz Kendall, a moderate. Kendall came last with a paltry 4.5 per cent of the vote – as Corbyn romped home.

Aghast at the result, McSweeney established and became director of a new group, “Labour Together”, whose goal was to drag the party back into the centre. Early recruits included Rachel Reeves, now Chancellor, and Health Secretary Wes Streeting. They -unlike Starmer, who referred to Corbyn as his ‘friend’- had both refused to join Corbyn’s shadow front-bench, and were seeking an alternative leader.

As “Labour Together’s” influence grew, McSweeney was becoming the respected backroom player he had always aspired to be.

After the 2019 election, when Labour under Corbyn suffered its worst defeat since 1935, Starmer asked McSweeney to run his leadership campaign. They had at least one thing in common: they were both passionate Remainers.

Starmer ran on an extravagantly Corbynite ticket, pledging to scrap university tuition fees, defend free movement across Europe and hammer the rich with punitive taxes.

The hard-Left policy document did the trick to satisfy the Corbynistas and Starmer won decisively in the first ballot. All ten pledges were later abandoned – on the orders of McSweeney.

He has since ensured the Party’s rules were altered to make it harder for Leftwingers like Corbyn to win again.

‘He has been purging Lefties to ensure that after Starmer goes, a centrist takes over,’ said another Labour figure who is not a fan of McSweeney. ‘If he’s successful he will be trying to write himself into the succession plans.’

He’s even curbed the influence of Tony Blair, whose grandly named “Institute” provided staff and policy papers for the Labour frontbench.

A senior Labour source said: “Morgan thinks Blair has had his time. While Blair can call Starmer whenever he likes, it’s McSweeney whose advice he ultimately takes. Morgan thinks Blair’s ideas are from a different era — that he’s yesterday’s man.”

Another senior figure said: “If it goes wrong for Starmer, he will find out how ruthless McSweeney is. Just as Boris found with [ex-adviser] Dominic Cummings.”

One Labour parliamentary candidate said: “Starmer won the leadership on a lie because every single policy commitment he made has been junked by McSweeney. Will they do the same thing with the promises made in the election campaign? If they do, the voters will be much less forgiving.”

Imogen Walker

New to Scottish politics she was parachuted into the Hamilton & Clyde constituency team by the Labour Party controllers in London and in last week’s election, she won the safe Labour seat of Hamilton and Clyde Valley, by more than 9,000 votes. She is expected to be fast-tracked for ministerial promotion.

A few day’s later

Hamilton and Clyde’s new MP has been appointed as a parliamentary private secretary (PPS) to the Chancellor.

Sharing the news of her role at Westminster on social media, she added that she had, had an “incredible” first few weeks at the House of Commons following her election earlier in the month.

With the new government now taking shape, on ” X” last week she posted: “I’m delighted to have been appointed as parliamentary private secretary to Rachel Reeves who has begun work rebuilding our economy. I’m so proud to be part of that effort and looking forward to getting started alongside the brilliant [Hitchin MP] Alistair Strathern.”

The official parliament website describes the PPS role as an appointment of a backbench MP by a minister “to be his or her assistant, selected as the “eyes and ears” of the minister in the House of Commons” and which helps “gain experience of working in government”.

The 2016 “Me Too” campaign

In 2016, a Scottish Government, “employee survey” highlighted that around (10%) of responders said they had experienced bullying or harassment.

Reviewers of the survey judged that the very low number of formal complaints raised suggested a lack of awareness or confidence in the existing processes and procedures and this led, in spring 2017, to the appointment of a Director to champion work tackling bullying and harassment.

AfterNote:

Permanent Secretary Evans and her senior managers were disingenuous about the need for a “Civil Service Champion” since the small number of complaints did not justify any procedural changes. The truth of the matter was that Sturgeon and the senior civil servant management team were fully subscribed to the ideals of “Stonewall” and implementation of the organisation’s mission statement.

4 Nov 2017: Government Minister Resigns

Children’s Minister, Mark McDonald resigned from his post offering that some of his previous actions “have been considered to be inappropriate” and was suspended from both the SNP parliamentary group and the party pending an investigation whilst retaining his MSP status.

The event reinforced the importance of ensuring that robust policies and procedures were in place capable of responding appropriately to allegations and prompted yet another review which identified that while options were available to consider sexual harassment complaints about serving Ministers, no such option was available in respect of former Ministers.

A case of need for an extended procedure did not exist since there had never been an allegation against a former Minister and the motivation of Sturgeon and Evans who between themselves decided that a non-existent gap in coverage should be closed with procedures extended to include historical complaints remains a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.

Afternote:

The use by Sturgeon and Evans of the Mark Macdonald incident as justification for extending the well tried and trusted “Fairness at Work” procedure in place for a number of years to include historical allegations of sexual harassment and/or bullying was opportunistic and unsustainable since Mark Macdonald retained his status as an MSP.

Introduction of new untested procedures

In December 2017 the Scottish Government adopted an “internal procedure” entitled “Handling of harassment complaints involving current or former ministers” and published it on the Scottish Government intranet on February 2018. Surprisingly, (since it was written by a senior civil servant) it did not cover historical claims against former civil servants.

The process of developing the policy and the consultations involved were described in a document entitled “Response to Committee of the Scottish Government Handling of Harassment Complaints” which explained the motive behind the policy review was to address and eliminate bullying and harassment within the Scottish Government. A draft copy was shared with the Cabinet Office of the United Kingdom Government and the Scottish Government Trade Unions.

Consideration was not given to implications that there might be legal obstacles to applying the Procedure, designed and described as an internal Scottish Government procedure, to rope in former Ministers who were no longer in a contractual or statutory relationship with Scottish Government. 2017: Stonewall and Woke obsessed Nicola Sturgeon and her similarly affected Civil Servants decide upon a strategy designed to rid Holyrood of anyone guity of harassment

In the Autumn of 2017, Nicola Sturgeon instructed Leslie Evans to complete a review of the harassment policy of the Government and if required, to bring forward proposals for change drafting revised procedures in line with the Scottish Government’s transparency in government drive.

The review was completed and the consensus was that the existing procedures required very little updating but for no identifiable reason a decision was taken to write up new procedures which when in place would render the long standing and successful ” fairness at Work” policy redundant.

James Hynd: Head of Cabinet, Parliament and Governance Division, Scottish Government was the lead officer of the review process and subsequent update of the Scottish Government policy on handling harassment complaints replacing tried and tested “Fairness at Work” procedures that had been in place for many years initially encompassing current Ministers, then expanding it introducing a new unique procedure for receiving and resolving complaints of harassment against former Minsters without the required authority of the UK Government.

Ignoring all warnings the new procedures were signed off by Nicola Sturgeon in late December 2017. Less than 2 weeks later, in January 2018, two complainants came forward with allegations of harassment against Alex Salmond under the new rules.

it appeared there had been “malice aforethought” and the complainants had been waiting for the new rules to come into force since no effort had been made by them to register allegations over the past 4 years. The complainants alleged incidents they said had occurred in 2013 (four years before).

2020: Sturgeon was accused of misleading MSPs when she gave evidence about the sexual misconduct probe into Alec Salmond, after failing to recall when she first heard about the allegations

Irish lawyer, James Hamilton was commissioned to independently investigate the accusation Nicola Sturgeon had breached the ministerial code by misleading MSPs over her involvement in the botched investigation of sexual misconduct claims against Alex Salmond.

John Swinney arranged the secondment of a secretariat of Civil Servants to assist Mr Hamilton in his investigations. Their names were kept secret.

The Hamilton report said she had not breached the code, but he left it up to her peers to decide if they had been misled.

2025: A Freedom of information request inadvertently revealed Hynd to be a coordinating officer of the supposedly independent Civil Servant secretariat that assisted Hamilton.

In August 2020, Hynd wrote to the government’s Handling of Harassment Complaints committee. Claiming to be working for Mr Hamilton he wrote: “As you know, the Convener wrote to James Hamilton, the independent adviser on the Scottish Ministerial Code on 7 July. he has asked that I pass on to you his response, as attached. For the avoidance of doubt, I am sending this on Mr Hamilton’s behalf as the independent adviser and not on behalf of the Scottish Government. We are planning to put in place a secretariat to support Mr Hamilton during the referral. Until that is in place I am happy to liaise with Mr Hamilton as required.”

The impartiality of the Hamilton report is in doubt since Hynd, the architect of the botched harassment policy is currently being investigated by the police, (Operation Broadcroft) for allegedly lying under oath to the Salmond Inquiry.

Swinney has spent £118,000 of public cash, to date, in defence of his view that the Scottish Government has a right to refuse to release the Hamilton report to the public despite being ordered to do so by the court. He is the law!!!!

Kenny MacAskill, the Leader of “Alba” commented: “It gets murkier and murkier. Deliberate obfuscation, inappropriate redaction and now individuals with clear conflicts of interest appointed to critical positions. There has to be end to this cover up and individuals must be held to account. Both Ministers and senior officials must be fully held to account and that requires full disclosure”

Kristen Keeffe’s evidence at the trial of Raniere, Clare Bronfman and other cult officials

Prosecution witness, Kristen M. Keeffe stated that Raniere’s NXIVM organisation hacked billionaire Edgar Bronfman’s computer correspondence with the Clinton’s and world leaders and plotted to lure former cult members to Mexico to be imprisoned.

Keeffe, a former confidant of Raniere, alleged that Clare had secreted a “key logger” virus on the computer of her late father, Edgar M. Bronfman Sr., allowing officials of the cult to monitor his emails, including exchanges with world leaders and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Keeffe, who worked with Raniere for more than 20 years was part of the cult’s litigation team that worked under Clare Bronfman and her allegations about the hacking of Edgar Bronfman’s computer was only one of a series of accusations she levelled against cult officials after a State Police investigator secured her safety in a domestic violence shelter following her hasty departure from the cult in February 2014.

She said that she gathered information about the activities of the cult for a number of years before leaving and had tried to “deprogramme” the cult’s president, Nancy L. Salzman adding; “in the three and a half years leading up to when I left, I was a spy. I went to great lengths to make them think I was going along with things when in reality I was trying to deprogramme Nancy and a couple of others that l was close to”.

Keeffe and Barbara J. Bouchey, another former cult executive board member were charged with computer trespassing charges accusing them and three others of improperly accessing the cult’s website. Bouchey, a financial planner, denied hacking into the cult’s social website counter claiming that cult officials had filed 13 eronious lawsuits and a criminal complaint in retribution for her 2009 defection from the cult.

Emails attributed to Keeffe, alleged that the cult senior management team contracted a Canadian investigative firm to secretly obtain the financial records of U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer and six federal judges who presided over cases involving the cult. The same company also obtained financial information on Edgar Bronfman and his colleague members of the Jewish World Congress, which Bronfman headed from 1981 to 2007.

Federal court records show the Canadian investigative firm, Canaprobe Group, invoiced Clare Bronfman for US$10k for “banking sweep services” performed by Rick A. Ross, a “recognized expert” in cults. Keeffe said she routinely processed many Canaprobe invoices and that the company had been paid “well over a million dollars.”

Keeffe, also claimed that Clare Bronfman and Pamela A. Nichols, a shareholder with Albany law firm O’Connell & Aronowitz and one of the cult’s attorneys, were closely involved with the Canaprobe transactions.

Key-loggers are used to monitor the keystrokes of a computer, enabling someone other than the computer user to access personal account information, including passwords. In a telephone conversation, Keeffe claimed Clare Bronfman’s initial attempt to hack into her father’s email account failed after she sent him an email that had a digital photo of a bear attached and which contained a key-logger computer-hacking virus. The photo was meaningful because Clare’s father called her “Clare-bear” as a nickname.

The digital photo of the bear would have infiltrated Edgar Bronfman’s computer if he opened it, Keeffe added: “But he never opened the picture,” Keeffe said in the telephone call with Bouchey. “So Clare went to his office, met with him and said, “I want to show you this picture” and downloaded the virus onto his computer herself.

Keeffe further claimed that Raniere was involved in the plan and he had taught computer hacking to a young female Mexican immigrant and cult member. The woman spent a year reading Bronfman’s emails, including correspondence with Hillary Clinton and leaders of the World Jewish Congress, reporting the contents to Keith and Clare.

Bronfman later discovered the bug and attached blame onto a disgruntled former executive director of the World Jewish Congress.

Clare, testified in a 2011 civil lawsuit that Raniere had discussed with his broker whether her father had traded against them in the commodities market undermining trades that Raniere directed when he lost $65m of Clare and Sara Bronfman’s money.

The cult conducted around 35% of its affairs in Mexico and retained a strong presence in Central America.

Keeffe, accused cult officials of plotting to lure four former girlfriends or female associates of Raniere’s, to Mexico in order to have them arrested on false charges and thrown in prison.

The women targeted included Raniere’s former girlfriend, Bouchey, and another former girlfriend of Raniere’s, Toni F. Foley, a co-defendant of Bouchey’s in the computer logger case and a cult board member for nine years and Susan Dones, a former cult trainer from Washington who was sued by the cult and accused of violating a confidentiality agreement.

Keeffe, said the plan to lure the women to Mexico was formalised by Raniere and the venture capitalist and cult leader, Emiliano Salinas, (the son of the former Mexican president, Carlos Salinas).

In an email, filed in Albany County Court, Keeffe wrote: “Emiliano went so far as to have a Mexican journalist contact (Foley) et. all. (sic) to invite them to an “anti-cult conference”. Ranieri intended to subject the women to serious, emotional and physical harm.”

The trial and sentencing of influential NXIVM officials

The trial judge sharply questioned why authorities in Albany, who were aware of illegal wrongdoing and abuses had failed to bring a criminal case against Raniere and his cult-like organization before, saying: “How in the world this went on for so many years in Albany, New York, and its environs will forever be a sad mystery to this court.”

Seagram’s’ heiress Clare Bronfman, NXIVM’s operations director and long-time bankroller, was sentenced to six years and nine months in prison for conspiring to harbour or conceal illegal immigrants for financial gain, and fraudulent use of identification.

Allison Mack, a former actress, was sentenced to three years in prison for racketeering and racketeering conspiracy.

NXIVM bookkeeper Kathy Russell, who pleaded guilty to visa fraud, awaits sentencing.

NXIVM co-founder, Nancy Salzman, a “senior proctor” was the organization’s director of education. Raniere, known within the group as “Vanguard,” became her mentor and conducted a long-term sexual relationship with her. She was sentenced to three and a half years in prison.

Lauren Salzman, Nancy’s daughter who was lauded for her four days of testimony and the information she provided about other NXIVM members, including her mother was sentenced to five years probation and 300 hours of community service. She told prosecutors about Raniere’s role in the secret “master/slave” group, Dominus Obsequious Sororium (DOS), in which various levels of “slaves” took lifetime vows of obedience to “masters” and “grand masters” all of whom answered to Raniere.

In 1998, Ranieri’s “Consumers’ Buyline”, a multi million-dollar discount buying club, collapsed under allegations it was a pyramid scheme. Raniere admitted no wrongdoing but paid about US$40k in settlement fees following an investigation by the state attorney general’s office.

He went on to found NXIVM, offering self-help deprogramming to heiresses, Hollywood actors and powerful CEOs but it was a multi million dollar ponzie con and sex trafficking cult.

Clare and Sara Bronfman enrolled in the personal growth company NXIVM classes in 2002.

Clare’s commitment to the ideals of the organisation led the equestrian loving heiress to purchase a home and a horse farm near to the company’s New York headquarters.

In its early days the self-help organization attracted many celebrities, CEOs, and a visit from the Dalai Lama.

Edgar Bronfman Sr., enrolled in a NXIVM course of study in early 2003 but left when he discovered that Clare had loaned Raniere US$2m. He went on to expose the organisation as fraudulent and accused Raniere of running a cult.

Clare, an heiress of the Seagram Company business empire ignored her father’s warnings and took on the role of Operations Director then bankrolled the cult over a period of 15 years, squandering an estimated US$50m of her fortune, hiring lawyers from about 30 law firms to pursue cases against NXIVM critics. She also funded Raniere’s private air travel (about US$65k per flight).

Heiress Clare Bronfman lost her liberty when NXIVM folded.

In October 2017, the Bronfman sisters stuck by Raniere despite his exposure by the New York Times, as the leader of a violent sex “cult,” which secretly branded, starved, blackmailed and enslaved women

Clare boldly published a statement on her website in December 2017 stating: “Some have asked me why I remain a member and why I still support NXIVM and Keith Raniere. The answer is simple: I’ve seen so much good come from our programs and from Keith himself.”

In July 2018, Clare was indicted on racketeering, identity theft, conspiracy to conceal and harbor illegal aliens for financial gain, fraudulent use of identification and money laundering charges. Sara Bronfman was not accused of any wrongdoing.

In her April 2019 trial, Clare pleaded guilty to conspiracy to conceal and harbor illegal aliens for financial gain and fraudulent use of identification and admitted to tax evasion on Raniere’s behalf.

Nine former members of NXIVM testified against Clare, detailing her role in the organization’s fierce and unabated legal pursuit of them for years after they had left and although Clare had not herself been a member of DOS, the secret society within NXIVM charged with branding women, her finance provision enabled many years of abuse and brainwashing within the organization.

In December 2019, the judge informed prosecutors and Clare’s attorney that he was considering an “above guidelines sentence”, meaning he could impose more prison time than would normally be given under sentencing guidelines. The judge sentenced Clare to six years and nine months in prison.

And yet Clare stubbornly refused to disclaim Raniere, writing to the judge, that “many people, including most of my own family, believe I should disavow Keith and NXIVM, and that I have not is hard for them to understand or accept. However, for me, NXIVM and Keith greatly changed my life for the better.”

Raniere was extradited from Mexico, arraigned in a Texas court then transferred to New York for trial facing charges of: sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy and conspiracy to commit forced labor.

The offences arose from his role as the leader of a secret society called “DOS” or “The Vow,” in which women were recruited to be slaves under the false pretense of joining a women-only mentorship group. DOS was structured as a pyramid with Raniere at the top.

To join DOS, slaves were required to provide their masters with “collateral,” which included highly damaging information about themselves and/or family members, naked photographs and rights to their assets.

Once they had joined, slaves learned they had to provide additional collateral, which they did, fearing that otherwise the collateral they had already provided would be used against them. None of the slaves (except for those directly under Raniere) knew that he was involved in the organization when they were recruited.

DOS slaves understood that if they told anyone about DOS, if they left DOS or if they failed to complete assignments given to them by their masters, their collateral could be released.

DOS slaves, performed services other than sex (such as editing Raniere’s articles and transcribing interviews for his benefit).

The masters who issued the assignments received the financial benefit of free labour from their slaves.

A number of DOS slaves were given assignments that implicitly or expressly directed them to have sex with Raniere and required them to:

(1) Adhere to very restricted diets (Raniere was known to sexually prefer extremely thin women).

(2) Remain celibate (Raniere taught that women should be monogamous but that men are naturally polyamorous).

(3) Stop waxing or shaving their pubic hair (Raniere preferred women with a lot of pubic hair).

The DOS masters who directed their slaves to have sex with Raniere received financial benefits in the form of continued status and participation in DOS, as well as financial opportunities from him.

DOS slaves were seriously sleep-deprived from participating in “readiness” drills, which required them to respond to their masters any time day or night.

DOS slaves were also branded in their pelvic regions with a cauterizing pen with a symbol incorporating Raniere’s initials.

The US government estimated that Raniere had more than fifty DOS slaves under him.

Many DOS slaves were recruited from Nxivm, the umbrella organization for a number of self-help workshops created by Raniere and that had been taught at centres across the US and internationally since 1998.

Raniere was revered within Nxivm and referred to as the “Vanguard” and
each week in August, the Nxivm community gathered to celebrate Raniere’s birthday and pay tribute to him.

According to a number of sources, including former high-ranking members of Nxivm, Raniere’s word was final and nothing of importance happened within the organisation without his approval.

Nxivm students were taught that Raniere was the smartest and most ethical man in the world and he was frequently cited having earned three top class degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, but a review of his submitted transcripts showed that he graduated with a low qualification, having failed or barely passed many of the upper-level math and science classes he bragged about taking.

Nxivm displayed features common to pyramid schemes, as courses cost thousands of dollars and participants were encouraged to continue to pay for additional classes and to recruit others to take classes in order to be promoted within the ranks of Nxivm.

Different ranks were marked by different color sashes, and students had to reach certain ranks in order to begin receiving salaries or commissions.

Members of Nxivm were taught that riches would be gained by only by
advancing in Nxivm, but in reality only a small percentage of Nxivans made any income and a much greater percentage found themselves in significant debt to the organization.

Raniere had previously been investigated by law enforcement for operating a pyramid scheme called “Consumers’ Buyline, Inc.”which folded losing subscribers many $USM

As part of a consent order he entered into in 1996 with the New York State Attorney General’s Office, he was prohibited from operating any multilevel-marketing scheme.

Raniere had a decades’ long history of abusing women and girls.

According to confidential sources, he had repeated sexual encounters with multiple teenage girls in the mid-to-late 1980s and early 1990s.

In one instance, he met a fifteen-year-old girl while he was in his 20s and had repeated sexual contact with her.

In another instance, he met a twelve-year-old girl whose mother worked for him and began tutoring her. Shortly thereafter, he began having regular sexual intercourse with her, including at his home where he lived with multiple adult sexual partners. One of those partners hired the girl to walk her dog, providing him with daily access to the girl for sex.

Raniere told DOS slaves he had sex with that he believed the age of consent was too rigid and that it should be lowered to when a child’s parent said the child was capable of consent.

Raniere directed the abuse of Nxivm members who had committed so-called “ethical breaches.”

In one instance, he ordered the long-term confinement of a Nxivm member in her early-20s to heal an “ethical breach” because she had developed romantic feelings for someone other than him.

During her 18-month confinement, with limited exceptions, the woman had extremely limited contact with her family or other members of the community and she received limited medical attention.

Her period of confinement was repeatedly extended for other supposed ethical breaches, including, in one instance, because she cut her hair.

The woman felt she could not leave because of the repercussions on her family and also because she was illegally in the United States and Raniere and other members of Nxivm had helped her illegal entry to the country.

Raniere physically assaulted at least two intimate partners and in 2012, under the guise of mentorship, he encouraged a woman to run headfirst into a tree and to drink from a puddle.

Raniere humiliated women in order to eradicate weaknesses he taught were common in women. For example, women attending the classes were forced to wear fake cow udders over their breasts while people called them derogatory names. One DOS master under the direct control of Raniere told her slaves that he would put her in a cage to punish her.

Raniere posed disturbing hypotheticals as part of the Nxivm curriculum, challenging whether incest and rape was actually wrong. He told one DOS slave that incest was not wrong if the “victim”was sexually aroused by the experience, and he questioned whether gang rape was bad if the person being raped had an orgasm.

Foreign Ties and access to Cash

Renerie pretended to be a renunciate whilst in reality, he had spent his life profiting from pyramid schemes and financial backing from independently wealthy women.

Renerie was financially backed by Clare Bronfman, an heiress to the Seagram’s liquor fortune who provided him with millions of dollars and paid for his private air travel costing up to approximately US$65k a flight. She also paid for numerous lawyers to bring suits against Nxivm critics.

Renerie never banked money in his name but made purchases using a credit card in one of his dead lover’s names.

In the past year and a half, Renerie and the mother of his child accessed hundreds of thousands of dollars from a bank account in the same dead lover’s name, which contains over US$8m.

Raniere, 60, was found guilty of racketeering, sex trafficking, forced labor, wire fraud conspiracy and was sentenced to 120 years in prison, and was also ordered to pay his victims nearly US$3.5m.

Clinton specifically requested that Epstein make his jet available for the trip well in advance, with Doug Band as the intermediary.

In addition to flights, an Epstein-run foundation gave US$25K to the Clinton Foundation according to the 2006 filing tax return of Epstein’s former charity, the C.O.U.Q. Foundation.

Notably, Epstein’s lawyers, Alan Dershowitz among them, claimed in 2007 that Epstein had been “part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative, which is described as a project ‘bringing together a community of global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.’”

Before the associations between Epstein and the Clinton White House in the early 1990s were made public, Ghislaine Maxwell was thought to have been the bridge between Epstein and the Clinton family because of her close relationship to the family.

However, the close relationship between Maxwell and the Clintons appears to have developed in the 2000s, with Politico reporting that it began after Bill Clinton left office.

Clinton associate Doug Band was also reportedly friendly to Maxwell, appearing at an exclusive dinner party she hosted at her residence in New York in 2005.

Maxwell later became particularly close to Chelsea Clinton, vacationing with Chelsea in 2009 and attending her wedding a year later. Maxwell was also associated with the Clinton Global Initiative at least up until 2013.

Other close Clinton associates and officials in the early 1990s also had notable relationships with Jeffrey Epstein, including Mark Middleton, who was a special assistant to Clinton Chief of Staff Mack McClarty beginning in 1993, and met with Epstein on at least three occasions in the White House during the early Clinton years.

Bill Richardson also has ties to Lynn Forester de Rothschild as she was on the Secretary of Energy’s Advisory Board while Richardson was secretary of energy.

Bill Richardson appears to be among the Clinton era officials closest to Jeffrey Epstein, having personally visited Epstein’s New Mexico ranch and been the recipient of Epstein donations of US$50K to his 2002 and 2006 gubernatorial campaigns.

Richardson later gave Epstein’s donation in 2006 to charity after allegations against Epstein were made public.

Richardson was also accused in recently released court documents of engaging in sex with Epstein’s underage victims, an allegation that he has denied.

Clinton’s and Bronfman families were more than just friends

President Clinton sat next to Bronfman at his 75th birthday celebration at Seagram Company headquarters in New York City in 2004.

In 1999 President Clinton awarded Bronfman the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The highest honor that can be given to a civilian in the U.S.

In 2014 Hillary Clinton spoke at Bronfmans memorial where she revealed they had been long time friends and that Bronfman had a pretty good channel to the White House.

One major player who has been largely overlooked in bringing Epstein and the Clintons together is Lynn Forester de Rothschild.

Notably, Forester de Rothschild has long been connected to neoconservative Reagan era officials — the Lewis Rosenstiel/Roy Cohn network, as well as the Mega Group.

Lynn Forester de Rothschild became involved in the world of Democratic Party politics in the late 1970s when she worked on the 1976 campaign of hawkish Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY) alongside now-notorious neoconservatives like Elliott Abrams, who would go on to play an important role in the Iran-Contra affair during the Reagan era and later serve in the State Department under Trump.

She was also introduced to her second husband, Evelyn de Rothschild, by Henry Kissinger at a Bilderberg conference.

Several of the individuals connected to the Mega Group and the Mossad-linked media mogul Robert Maxwell — including Mark Palmer, Max Fisher and John Lehman — were one-time aides or advisers to Henry Kissinger.

Before marrying into the Rothschild family in 2000, Lynn had previously been married to Andrew Stein, a major figure in New York Democratic politics, with whom she had two sons.

Andrew’s brother, James Finkelstein, married Cathy Frank, the granddaughter of Lewis Rosenstiel, the mob-linked businessman who ran a sexual blackmail operation exploiting underage boys.

Rosenstiel’s protege Roy Cohn was the lawyer for Cathy Frank and James Finkelstein and it was at their behest that Cohn attempted to trick a nearly comatose Rosenstiel to into naming Cohn, Frank and Finkelstein the executors and trustees of his estate, valued at US$75m (more than US$334m in today’s dollars).

According to the New Yorker, Lynn Forester de Rothschild requested “financial help” from none other than Jeffrey Epstein in 1993 during her divorce from Andrew Stein.

As far as Forester de Rothschild’s ties to the Mega Group go, she is currently on the board of directors of Estee Lauder companies, which was founded and are still owned by the family of Ronald Lauder — a member of the Mega Group, a former Reagan official, a family friend of Roy Cohn, and the alleged source of Jeffrey Epstein’s now-infamous Austrian passport.

In addition, Forester de Rothschild also partnered with Matthew Bronfman — son of Mega Group member Edgar Bronfman and grandson of Samuel Bronfman, who had close ties to Meyer Lansky — in creating the investment advisory firm Bronfman E.L. Rothschild LP.

It is unclear when Lynn Forester de Rothschild first met Jeffrey Epstein, but she was one of his leading advocates and had the ear of then-President Bill Clinton in the early 1990s, speaking to Clinton specifically about Epstein during her “fifteen seconds of access” with the president and also introducing Epstein to lawyer Alan Dershowitz in 1996.

Forester de Rothschild is a long-time associate of the Clintons and has been a major donor to both Bill and Hillary Clinton since 1992. Their ties were so close that Forester de Rothschild spent the first night of her honeymoon at the Lincoln Bedroom in the White House while Clinton was president.

A leaked email between Forester de Rothschild and Hillary Clinton saw Clinton request “penance” from Forester de Rothschild for asking Tony Blair to accompany Clinton on official business while she was secretary of state, preventing Blair from making a planned social visit to Forester de Rothschild’s home in Aspen, Colorado.

Humbly requesting forgiveness is not something Hillary Clinton is known for, given that her former bodyguard once said she could “make Richard Nixon look like Mahatma Gandhi.”

In 1995, Forester de Rothschild, then a member of Clinton’s National Information Infrastructure Advisory Council, wrote the following to then-President Clinton:

Dear Mr. President: It was a pleasure to see you recently at Senator Kennedy’s house. There was too much to discuss and too little time. Using my fifteen seconds of access to discuss Jeffrey Epstein and currency stabilization, I neglected to talk to you about a topic near and dear to my heart. Namely, affirmative action and the future.”

Forester de Rothschild then states that she had been asked to prepare a memo on behalf of George Stephanopoulos, former Clinton communications director and currently a broadcast journalist with ABC News. Stephanopoulos attended a dinner party hosted by Epstein at his now infamous Manhattan townhouse in 2010 after Epstein’s release from prison for soliciting sex from a minor.

While it is unknown what Forester de Rothschild discussed with Clinton regarding Epstein and currency stabilization, a potential lead may lie in the links of both Forester de Rothschild and Epstein to Deutsche Bank. Journalist Vicky Ward reported in 2003 that Epstein boasted of “skill at playing the currency markets ‘with very large sums of money’” and he appears to have done much of this through his long-standing relationship with Deutsche Bank.

The New York Times reported last month:

[Epstein] appears to have been doing business and trading currencies through Deutsche Bank until just a few months ago, according to two people familiar with his business activities. But as the possibility of federal charges loomed, the bank ended its client relationship with Mr. Epstein. It is not clear what the value of those accounts was at the time they were closed.”

In the case of Forester de Rothschild, she served as an advisor to the Deutsche Bank Microfinance Consortium for several years and is currently a board member of the Alfred Herrhausen Society of International Dialogue of Deutsche Bank.

The same year that Forester de Rothschild made the above-noted comments to Bill Clinton about Jeffrey Epstein, Epstein attended another Clinton fundraiser, hosted by Ron Perelman at his personal home, that was very exclusive, as the guest list included only 14 people.

President Clinton and Edgar Bronfman, regularly communicated through email becoming friends after meeting in the late 1990s when Clinton was being presented with the Nahum Goldmann Award from the World Jewish Congress, (Bronfman was the Congress leader) after getting Swiss banks to pay billions of dollars in restitution to relatives of Holocaust victims.

Bronfman, was a financial supporter of Hillary Clinton’s candidacies, including her unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign.

The Bronfman sisters Clare and Sara were Hillary’s campaign donors and members of the Clinton Global Initiative.

Clare Bronfman tried to buy influence for the cult by illegally raising money for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign by funnelling thousands of dollars into Clinton’s coffers exceding the legal limits to contributions to “curry favor” with the powerhouse political family.

She approached people and said she would like to make a campaign contribution but she couldn’t make it above a certain amount. A number of those she solicited contributed up to US$3k directly to the campaign (around US$30k in total). She reimbursed them.

In 1963, in Dallas, a Jewish alcohol wholesaler, Julius Schepps, held the distribution rights for the Bronfman family’s Seagram’s products.

Jack Ruby was on the payroll of the Bronfman family, whose fingerprints are to be found all over the JFK assassination conspiracy.

JFK’s Dallas trip was officially designated as “non political” in contrast to other Texas stops such as Houston and Austin which were designated “political”.

This provided the opportunity for the private entities paying for the Dallas trip to gain control of the agenda, taking it out of the hands of the JFK-controlled Democratic National Committee.

A “host committee” was established, the chairman of which was Dallas Jewish leader and public relations man, Sam Bloom.

There was an immediate confrontation between Bloom and Jerry Bruno, JFK’s veteran advance man. Bruno wanted the president to speak at the Women’s Building, but the committee insisted JFK speak at the Trade Mart.

Applying pressure the committee gained control. Bruno commented later: “this was one of the few fights like this that I had lost. On things like this my judgment was usually taken. This time it wasn’t.”

In forcing JFK to speak at the Trade Mart, the committee had positioned the JFK motorcade to take the now-infamous “dog-leg” turn into what was a classically sniper friendly “kill zone” on Elm Street just below the Texas School Book Depository (T.S.B.D), from where it later was claimed the alleged assassin, T.S.B.D employee Lee Harvey Oswald, fired the fatal shots.

The spot was also in easy range of the “grassy knoll” and the nearby Dal-Tex Building, where assassination researchers believe snipers were located.

Had JFK’s security team prevailed, JFK (on his way to the preferred location) would have travelled two blocks farther away from the T.S.B.D out of the kill zone at a greater speed.

The Secret Service also objected (for security reasons) to the publication of JFK’s motorcade route, but Bloom ensured a map of the route was published in the Dallas newspapers providing a plausible explanation as to how Lee Harvey Oswald knew JFK would pass by his workplace.

That an assassin most likely fired at JFK from the Dal-Tex Building is most relevant in the context of an Israeli connection since JFK was trying to stop Israel’s nuclear arms program, which had smuggled uranium from U.S. sources.

Co-owned by David Weisblat, a major financial backer of the Israeli lobby’s Anti-Defamation League, Dal-Tex housed, on different floors, a number of firms that utilized the telephone number of Morty Freedman, an attorney, garment manufacturer, and activist in Jewish affairs.

One of the Dal-Tex firms linked to Freedman was the Dallas Uranium & Oil Company. This is relevant since one of Freedman’s Dal-Tex business partners was Abe Zapruder, the Jewish dress manufacturer who filmed the assassination and profited immensely. It is conjectured that Zapruder had advance knowledge of the assassination.

Once Oswald was in custody, it was Sam Bloom, who pressured Elgin Crull, the city manager, to apply pressure on Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry into making Oswald accessible to the press and to move him publicly from the Dallas police station to the city jail providing the opportunity for Jack Ruby to assasinate Oswald.

A number of sources, including Dallas FBI agent James Hosty, stated that Bloom and his backers were the forces behind the incident and when the police searched Ruby’s home, they found a slip of paper with Bloom’s name, address and telephone number on it.

Events in Dallas will be difficult to accept by those who believed the city to be an anti-Jewish stronghold when in reality it was was an outpost for the advancement of the interests of Israel and seekers of the truth should be guided by the “Final Judgement”.
